#WhatExpertiseDoYouBring
Today we’re talking about the Expertise and skills each author brings to their writing.
What is your Expertise?
Many authors have written stories since they first could put pencil to paper to form words. Others pursued a literary career and can say they work professionally in this type of field. While others bring a host of qualities that don’t necessarily boast literary accomplishments until they’ve published and sold their first books.

BLURB
Ripped from her family at the top of Infinity Cliff, Kimi McKenna finds herself thrust somewhere into the future. Dark elements threaten to destroy the earth unless Kimi can work together with the white witch to stop the destruction. Confused by her mate’s role in the conspiracy, she refuses to acknowledge the connection. But amidst raging fire and attacks on the people she is coming to hold dear, she allows Maska O’keefe into her heart.
Maska O’keefe has loved the beautiful shapeshifter for years. Unable to save her life years ago, he vows to watch over her as he is given a second chance to convince her that even though he is a witch and not a shifter, they are indeed soul mates. Kimi’s divided loyalties between her family and the cause she is now a part of will determine their relationship. Only the part she plays as the messiah can bring this to a conclusion in the final battle.
Reading. A far greater contributing factor to my fiction than any other. Real world adventures helped but the places books took me filled in the knowledge gaps. Chasing burglars across roof tops for a living an d then crossing the open ocean in a British frigate while sitting under the reading lamp loaded my world to overflowing. I write crime fiction and historical action/adventure novels. A career in law enforcement and a lifelong love of the outdoors form a solid basis for that fiction but hundreds of other authors have helped along the way. Those “book club” chapter books in grade school my parents could barely afford were the start. Reading from an early age is the greatest gift to any child. Not all become authors but it enriches a life, any life. Please stop by my web/blog mikefullerauthor.com or visit my Amazon author page http://www.amazon.com/-/e/B017PKQURO . for links to my books.
Great to learn interesting things about you. Love the fact you write mystery/suspense as well as historical/action/adventure novels.
Thanks. Both genre are”write what you know” areas for me.
