Bobble Head Babes

The Continuing Saga…

A new year began this week. But let’s take a look from last Sunday. Babysat my beautiful granddaughter who, at four years of age wanted a telescope for Christmas. That wasn’t the only thing she wanted but it was at the top of the list. Instead of Barbie dolls she wanted cars.

Tuesday I walked the 8 mile loop at Silver Falls Creek state park. It was a gorgeous day there, foggy in the valley though. We took our time and shot pictures. The falls were roaring that day with lots of snow melt. Wednesday I didn’t do very much, wrote and read. Walked a short walk but hit the killer hill near our house. Had to turn back sooner than expected. Our dog started limping. Thursday was killer exercise day. I walked 7 plus miles then went to Jazzercise. Friday I ran 5.5 miles. After that I didn’t want to do anything except lay on the couch and watch TV. Saturday I only went to Jazzercise. It’s been a great week for exercise and equally great week for writing.

My bobble head moment: I put my cup on the Keurig stand upside down. Luckily, I realized it before all my coffee spilled on the floor.
