Madison River is at the west entrance of the park. Many fly fisherman can be seen hear as well as the buffalo scattered throughout the Park.

Yellowstone is centered over the Yellowstone Caldera, the largest super volcano on the continent. Half of the worlds geothermal features are in Yellowstone.

Old Faithful is a cone geyser and one of the most predictable geographical features on earth, erupting every 35-120 minutes. Shoots 3,700 to 8,400 gallons of boiling water 160-185 feet in the air.
